The project BelAmI_H was effectuated in cooperation with the German Fraunhofer Gesellshaft, Institute of Experimental Software Engineering (IESE) and with the Technische Universität Kaiserslauternnel (TU-KL).

At the steering committee of the last BelAmI meeting all the members of the project expressed their interest in the further cooperation of the members in the future, with the following specification:

1. the thematic of the cooperation will be the fields of Ambient Intelligence,
2. the partners will set up distributed working research groups,
3. the type of cooperation will be the participation in different international projects (e.g. like the currently running EMERGE project with IESE and BZAKA participation),
4. the focus of cooperation will move from the basic and applied research towards the market driven solutions.

For cooperation with Germany during the project BelAmI_H ^2nd Phase we plan to further extend our partner’s list. Besides the EU projects with our German cooperators, we plan to submit other project proposals, too.

The current project proposal also helps to establish a proper foundation for cooperation with other foreign institutes and corporations, like Intelleflex Corp., USA, and Arsenal Research, Austria.
